Eat clean? What is that? Health and fitness stuff? I don’t know where to start!! AHH!!

The health and fitness journey can be SO CONFUSING!!! Luckily, I am here to help you along the way and give you as many tips as I can!!

The first step in any health and fitness journey is nutrition. You have to be eating rightalong with exercise or you will just not see the results you want. The rule is 80/20 80% nutrition and 20% in order to lose weight.

So what is the best way to do that? Create a meal plan! In this case, you don’t have to cause I will give you one to use and you can build different ones from that or you can always join my next challenge group! The choice is yours!
